We received a refund

Hello! If you received a refund from Fondo it is because you did not complete your action items for onboarding. Completing the action items in your account gives our team the ability to complete your bookkeeping and  tax services.

If you would like to re-open your account, please complete your pending action items here in the Fondo app and let us know if you have any questions while onboarding. 

Once we received your information, one of our dedicated team members will begin working with you on your account.
